7CR Hotel required a modern digital presence that could compete with major hospitality brands. We designed a responsive website with an integrated room booking engine enabling guests to check availability and reserve instantly.
Beyond the website, our team took full responsibility for OTA channel optimization including MakeMyTrip, Agoda and Goibibo to ensure consistent pricing, inventory and content.
A structured digital marketing strategy—SEO, Google Ads, social media and reputation management—was implemented to drive qualified traffic and increase occupancy.
The project transformed 7CR from offline‑dependent bookings to a balanced mix of direct and OTA revenue with measurable month‑on‑month growth.
